Tapping the admiral Rum Bar

Enjoy our Selection of Beer, Wine and Bubbles While we Build Our rum Distillery

We have 16 taps – direct draw from our walk-in cooler – no bottles or cans that end up in the landfill.

Yes, even the wine and bubbles are on tap. Wines stay fresher and keep their flavor profile when kegged compared to bottles that start to oxidize shortly after opening.  Sparkling wines are also fresher and stay bubblier in kegs

ANGEL’S SHARE INN

Two One Bedroom Hotel Suites

Welcome to the Angel’s Share Inn, a Boutique Hotel in the heart of the Beaufort,  North Carolina, National Historic Registry District.

The Angel’s Share Inn resides in the recently restored Thomas Duncan House (circa 1856) and consists of two spacious second floor, one bedroom suites. The first floor houses Marmalade’s Café and Bakery.

The Thomas Duncan house restoration was completed in 2021 under the guidance of the NC State Historic Preservation Office and the National Park Service. Each of the upstairs suites has a kitchen, living room, bedroom with a king size bed, and en suite bathroom with a walk in rain shower.

Wake up to the delicious aroma of fresh baked pastries. On Wednesday through Sunday night stays, daily breakfast for two is included. Enjoy a full savory or sweet breakfast from Marmalade’s, either delivered to the privacy of your room or dine in the café downstairs. The café is currently closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

From the Angel’s Share Inn’s exclusive location, across the street from Beaufort’s Boardwalk and Taylor’s Creek on Front Street, you are steps away from Beaufort’s amazing restaurants, bars and shops.

Catch a ferry from Beaufort Docks to Cape Lookout Beaches and Lighthouse, Shackleford Banks Beaches, Sand Dollar Island, or Rachel Carson Reserve to see our wild horses.

Although the infamous pirate Blackbeard did not sleep here, he did scuttle his flagship, Queen Anne’s Revenge in what is now called Beaufort Inlet. A short stroll down Front Street will bring you to the North Carolina Maritime Museum where you can see Blackbeard artifacts and watch wooden boats being built at the Watercraft Center

Or, just relax in the front porch rockers, sip a latte or glass of wine, and watch the yachts from all over the world coming and going.

Once you arrive at the Angel’s Share Inn, you will not want to leave.
